HR Administrator

 

Location: Stirling

Contract: Permanent - Full Time

Your new role

What you’ll do:

  • Work with the HR Advisors and People Partners to provide administrative assistance and support surrounding HR and people related activities
  • Respond to HR queries from employees and People Leaders in a professional way, providing guidance, within level of competence.
  • Assist in HR Employee Relations activities, within level of competence, such as Absence Management, Probationary Periods and report issues as required.
  • To work with the business to ensure people records (People First) are managed accurately and in real-time to ensure compliance with Health & Safety requirements.
  • Act as the main conduit between HR and Payroll, including notifying of sick leave and pay as required.
  • Supporting the development of RFM and Group-wide HR People strategies and project.
  • Assist the HR Advisors and People Partners in the collation of management information for board reports and analysis.
  • Support the HR Advisors and People Partners in working with third-party agencies surrounding recruitment activity to monitor quality and service levels, giving timely feedback and acting on risks and issues.
  • Self-manage the HR mailbox, passing on any queries, as appropriate to other members of the team.
  • Manage the Probationary Period process, involving the HR Advisors where required.
  • Managing the processing of all contract amendments, leavers paperwork, referencing, probationary periods and raise any issues from analysis.
  • Liaise with wider Group support functions as required on behalf of the RFM HR team, including Payroll, Finance and SHE.
  • Respond to queries from the Bid teams as appropriate.

 

What you’ll need:

  • Previous experience as an administrator within a fast-paced and dynamic team environment
  • Proven background in providing exemplary customer service
  • Self-managed with excellent organisational skills
  • Problem solving ability and exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise effectively and adjust to changing priorities
  • Resourceful, decisive, autonomous and accountable
  • Strong relationship builder with high levels of emotional intelligence
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to plan and prioritise workload whilst considering the wider business impact
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office skills, advanced with PowerPoint and use of Teams
