CAFM Data Administrator

 

Location: Stirling and Glasgow

Working hours: Monday to Friday- 8:30am - 5:00pm - 38.75 per week,

Contract: Permanent - Full time

Your new role

What you’ll do:

  • Provide administrative control in regard to finance. This will involve but not be limited to raising and receiving POs, invoice queries, assisting with month end accruals, budgeting, housekeeping, stock control, ensuring compliance with established procedures.
  • Administrative tasks supporting contract variations, monthly reporting, monthly invoicing and other contract deliverables.
  • Support in collation and input of Payroll information, ensuring that site overtime and enhanced pay rates are fully understood and applied where appropriate
  • Assisting contracts in regard to HR policies and procedures and provide administrative support as required
  • Manage and undertake ad hoc requests from the contract teams, ensuring works are completed within required timeframes.

 

What you’ll need:

  • Experience using CAFM software in facilities management (e.g., MRI Evolution/Concept, Maximo).
  • High proficiency in MS Excel for data manipulation and PowerPoint.
  • Database Query Languages structured to query, retrieve and manage data from relational databases
  • Knowledge of statutory and regulatory requirements across L8 Water Hygiene, Electrical, Mechanical, and Specialist Services.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.
  • Experience creating reports, workflows, or dashboards in CAFM systems
  • Problem-solving knowledge of Python or R for more complex statistical analysis and automation.
  • Critical thinking an inquisitive mindset to question data uncover meaningful patterns
  • Attention to detail, meticulousness to ensure data accuracy and reliability
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.

 

Who we’re looking for:

 

 

As a CAFM Data & Compliance Co-ordinator, you will play a key role in data analytics maintaining and improving the quality of information within our Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system, Using MRI Concept Evolution. You will work closely with operational management teams to ensure contract, building, and asset data is accurate, complete, and compliant with statutory and contractual requirements.

 

You will support the delivery of planned maintenance by ensuring schedules are correctly configured, data standards are upheld, and compliance-related information is consistently monitored and updated. The role requires strong data management capability, attention to detail, and effective communication skills to support the efficient and compliant operation of our facilities management services.
