Your new role

 

The purpose of this role is to assist the Senior Sales and Marketing Manager in driving business growth. The candidate will be experienced in a new homes Sales role currently, performing strongly against targets and highly motivated in driving forward a team.

DUTIES:

  • Manage staff to ensure compliance with company procedures and policies and within relevant legislation.
  • Preparation of sales releases and market research for land appraisals to ensure that the optimum sales prices are achieved.
  • Produce sales statistics and maintain records of competitor activity and local market.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of advertising to ensure the best use of advertising budget.
  • Liaise with the Sales Director and Construction Director to ensure a controlled sale and build release is in keeping with market conditions within budget requirements.
  • Schedule requirements for Sales Centres, Show homes, Sign Boards, Sales literature, Agents display and instruct approved specialist contractors and implement inception in accordance with standard processes and within budget.
  • Monitor installation of item to ensure all are completed to the agreed programme within budget timescales.
  • Ensure all presentation within sales centres and show homes are in pristine condition at all times.
  • Liaise with solicitors, mortgage brokers, lenders and estate agents to insure smooth progress of each sale from reservation to completion within budget and programme.
  • Monitoring all point-of-sale material and advertising to ensure compliance with Property Misdescriptions act.
  • Prepare and manage staff rotas, commission claims, time sheets and holiday entitlements.
  • Achieve set targets within budget.
