Role: Senior Administrator

Location: Stirling

Your new role

What you’ll do:

  • Providing administrative support to the Business Support Manager and RCG Stirling staff.
  • Provide holiday cover for Business Support Manager during AL, providing admin support to the RCG Board.
  • Attend and record actions at monthly management / adhoc meetings as and when required.
  • Co-ordinate monthly RCG cash and card expense submissions.
  • Assist Business Support Manager in coordinating RCG Board diaries, including room bookings and lunch arrangements.
  • In particular, coordinate regional pre-gateway and gateway 2 meetings, liaising with regional teams and Exec Admin Support.
  • Maintain 2 week look ahead schedule for all RCG Gateway meetings, ensure regions circulate GW2 packs in line with deadlines.
  • Order PPE / stationery as required.
  • Manage mobile phone requirements and lists (new / replacement handsets, new connections and cancellations).
  • Travel arrangements as required for Executive team and the wider RCG team (flights, rail, hotels, etc).
  • Check and approve all relevant RCG invoices for payment in Coins.
  • Co-ordination of new and replacement laptops / iPad’s for new and existing employees.
  • Carry out any other general administrative tasks as and when required for the Business Support Manager and wider Stirling RCG team.

About You:

If you’re super-organised, a self-starter and enjoy no two days being the same, this may well be the role for you. You’ll work from our office in Stirling supporting the Business Support Manager and wider construction team in Stirling. This is a hands-on administrative role so you’ll be a quick learner, adaptable and have great people skills. You'll have previous experience of working in an office environment, preferably and if you hold an SVQ relevant  Business Administration even better. We're also looking for strong verbal and written communication skills and proficient on Microsoft office 365 packages.
