Role: Aftercare Manager

Location: Yorkshire & East Midlands

What you’ll do:

• Maintain the list of defects on each site
• Organise all works on site post PC
• Lease closely with client teams
• Visit sites prior to PC, to gain familiarity with the building
• Quality control of any making good works
• Work closely with the commercial team to ensure costs and retentions are managed.
• Keeping site / safety records up to date
• Checking time sheets
• Ensure site is tidy
• Carry out all duties in accordance with Robertson procedures

What you’ll need:

• SMSTS, First Aid at Work, Fire Marshal certificates
• UKATA asbestos awareness
• CSCS card
• Previous experience in the construction industry
• Experience in dealing with architects, engineers, clients, sub-contractors
• Ability to communicate with staff at all levels
• Health and safety awareness
• Full driving licence
