Frameworks Coordination Manager - RCG

Location: Stirling. 

Maternity Cover: Up to 12 months 

 

Your new role

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

 

The post holder is responsible to the Framework Manager and assists in smooth operation of frameworks.  The post holder is also responsible for guiding, monitoring and supporting the Framework Team throughout the framework lifecycle.

 

KEY DUTIES INCLUDE:

  • Liaise with project teams at an early stage to ensure there is an understanding of the key framework targets with respect to framework process, compliance and KPIs.
  • Support regional framework compliance and performance reporting, identifying any omissions or concerns to the Framework Manager before submitting to the Framework Provider via OneSource.
  • Manage and maintain Project List for framework projects as appropriate.
  • Support Framework Manager on Framework Provider audits as appropriate.
  • Support in the development of Robertson RMS Framework Process with Framework Manager.
  • Contribute to deliverables required for the ongoing development and administration of the Framework, as directed by the Framework Manager.
  • Support with the production of documentation throughout framework term as appropriate.
  • Monitoring of KPI monthly submissions provided by regions utilising OneSource.
  • Work with the Data Analyst to develop and support the production of automated performance management associated reporting (monthly, quarterly and annually).
  • Manage and maintain the internal training record (Procurement Hub Passport & Modern Slavery)
  • Ensure compliance with Modern Slavery framework commitment
  • Monitor Social Value reporting by Regional businesses.
  • Supporting the Framework Manager to ensure framework commitments and performance improvement measures are being met in line with targets defined within the framework agreement.
  • Any other duties as required by the Framework Manager.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Responsible for reporting to the Framework Manager on framework compliance & performance matters.
  • Responsible for the documentation of frameworks compliance and processes.
  • Assist with the production of case study information as appropriate.
  • Assist with Post project review workshops as appropriate.
  • Monitoring of Project Check List data to update Rectification Plan content and non-compliance scores for internal reporting and project management
