Role: Receptionist

Location:  -  Stirling

About the role:  Part Time vacancy 23.75 hours over 5 days. 

• Open building and set up reception
• Act as first point of contact for visitors and employees to Robertson House (monitor signing in)
• Answer incoming calls on switchboard & forward accordingly.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
• Ensure front of house and reception area is tidy and presentable
• Undertake admin duties as requested
• Raise work orders for building maintenance
• Manage meeting room booking system
• Manage Company holiday lodge inc, enquiries, bookings and invoicing

About you: 

• Previous experience in receptionist’s role. 
• Skilled in multitasking with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
• Team player
• Able to use own initiative and to communicate at all levels
• Excellent attention to detail
