As Commercial Director for Robertson Homes you'll be responsible for:
About you:
You’ll ideally have previous Commercial Director experience in the Private House Building/Construction industry. And you’ll already hold a range of qualifications and certificates, such as a degree in Quantity Surveying or QBE, a valid CSCS card and be a member of RICS, CIOB or CEng and ideally be ILM qualified as well. You’ll also need to be comfortable with IT, including BIM 360, Power Asta and Asite software amongst others, and most importantly be able to demonstrate people leadership, effective communication with all internal teams and externally with architects, engineers, clients, sub-contractors at all levels, and have a full driving license.You must also be able to commit to traveling to the North East of England on a monthly basis.
