Role: Administrator

Location: Group Executive Office -  Stirling

Your new role

The Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of the Group Executive Office. 

 

What you'll do:

  • Administration support to Group Executive PA/Office Manager
  • Assist with diary management (proactive and reactive)
  • Assist with collation and distribution of board reports
  • Cover Main Reception as and when required
  • Manage travel requirements for Group Executives & MDs
  • Various ad-hoc duties as required

 

What you'll need:

  • Previous experience in an admin role
  • Skilled in multitasking with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
  • A team player
  • Able to work under pressure to meet challenging deadlines
  • Able to use own initiative and to communicate at all levels
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Must have a ‘can do’ attitude

 

Essential skills required:

  • Microsoft Office 365 packages 
  • Sharepoint
