Facilities Support Centre Assistant

 

Location: Glasgow G40 3AP

Working hours: Monday - Friday (Alt weeks 8am-4pm, 830am,-430pm or 9am-5pm)

Contract: Fixed Term 1 Year - Full Time

Your new role

What you’ll do: 

  • Work within the Facilities Support Centre to assist with planning operative’s diaries and chasing subcontractor updates
  • Assist with follow on reports from the operational team
  • Requesting extensions for various tasks ensuring sufficient reasons are given
  • Communicate with our operations teams and subcontractors
  • Process work based paperwork and save them against our systems
  • Provide administration support to operational colleagues as required
