    As Human Resources Advisor, youll be responsible for:

    • Building effective working relationships with Senior Managers and Heads of Business across the Group
    • Acting as the key contact for the Employee Relations team for the HR Sharepoint page
    • Working with the Transformation team in supporting the implementation of the new HR system from an employee relations perspective
    • Providing professional advice, guidance and support to line managers on issues regarding employment contracts in accordance with current employment legislation and relevant terms and conditions of service
    • Supporting line managers with sensitive and confidential issues such as attendance review meetings, performance management, grievance, disciplinary, restructures and redundancies and re-evaluation of posts, in accordance with both policies and procedures and best practice
    • Producing reports on a regular basis on such topics as employee engagement, sickness absence, turnover, analysing trends and highlighting improvement opportunities to the HR Manager
    • Managing TUPE programmes, including preparation, consultation and ensuring the relevant legislation is complied with, both at bid stage and throughout the process
    • Assisting in developing, implementing, monitoring and reviewing an equality and diversity policy, across the Group, which develops a climate that recognises and values diversity in the workplace

    • Relevant Degree
    • HR systems experience, preferably implementation
    • Chartered or Graduate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development or relevant qualification
    • Commercially aware
    • Focused and highly motivated
    • Planning/prioritising and time-management skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to cope under pressure
    • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
