    Our Construction North team are searching for a Business System Coordinator to join the system team, based in Stirling.

    As Business System Coordinator youll be responsible for:

     

    • Working with our BIM 360 software provider to develop an implementation plan
    • Establishing and developing best practice use of BIM 360 Field
    • Managing the Robertson Group BIM 360 Account
    • Support the integration of Asite and SharePoint to BIM 360 Field
    • Managing BIM 360 training requests
    • Assist Robertson 360 Field users with technical queries as they arise
    • Reviewing and revising technical guidance as the software and business processes develop
    • Providing bespoke training to regional Project Office Leads

    To join us, we're looking for

     

    • Minimum HND level education in a relevant subject
    • Experience in providing training and support
    • A multidisciplinary approach to business and system requirements
    • Ability to manage business systems while providing business support
    • Interpersonal skills, especially to help people and provide training
    • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise
    • A passion for quality and continuous improvement with a focus on delivery
    • Previous experience with BIM 360 Field software
    • Experience of using Autodesk BIM 360
    • Knowledge of software integration
