    This role will be working for Robertson Facilities Management based at Scottish Natural Heritage, Great Glen House, Inverness.

    As Chef/Team Leader, you’ll be responsible for: 

    • Preparation, cooking and serving of dishes of all types to a high standard 
    • Following the RFM Food Safety Policy and Food Safety Management System 
    • Ensuring a safe and hygienic environment in all building food areas 
    • Reporting all accidents as appropriate 
    • Disputes in the absence of the Facilities Coordinator and deal with any client concerns 
    • Providing  support and assistance to other RFM personnel on the site in the delivery of contracted services

    To join us, we’re looking for: 

    • Previous experience working with the general public
    • Having basic IT knowledge 
    • Experience in customer service skills and able to train staff in customer service Good communication skills
    • Previous experience in a similar role would be desirable
    • Flexible and adaptable approach to work

    The successful candidate will require a DBS/Disclosure Check.
