    Your new role

    As Site Administraitor, you’ll be responsible for:


    • Visiting provision of administrative and document control support to site staff including all typing/filing/archiving/photocopying/scanning
    • Assisting in the collation of project information for audit purposes
    • Supporting the Ratho office with administration/document control duties as required
    • Commercial administration support both to the projects and the Ratho office
    • Receiving telephone calls / email enquiries and responding accordingly
    • First point of contact for visitors to the site cabins, greet visitors to reception and make welcome (offer tea, coffee etc)
    • Manage incoming and outgoing site correspondence
    • Provide holiday or sickness cover to office based staff as required
    • Assist to resolve any basic IT issues within the site and escalating to Group IT department where necessary
    • Administration of local hardware which may include file server, printers, wireless access points etc. as per the site documentation
    • Induction for new site employees managing daily backups process
    • Ensure all reports and forms are correctly presented and returned by due date
    • Maintain efficient and effective systems and procedures, ensuring all company administration policies are followed
    • Record and distribute project information drawings
    • Training colleagues/design teams/customers in the use of the project electronic document control system



    To join us, we’re looking for:


    • Previous experience of office administration in a busy office environment
    • Previous experience of the construction industry
    • IT Literate, good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Internet and databases and demonstrable experience of a relevant EDMS system (i.e. 4 Projects/Asite, etc)
    • Good general level of education is required (including Maths and English
