    As Car Park Attendant, youll be responsible for:


    • Regularly check external perimeters of all buildings for vandalism and any other damage and take appropriate remedial action, including the reporting of incidents to the appropriate persons.
    • Maintain security of the building, ensuring any faults are reported to the appropriate persons immediately.
    • Provide continuous security cover carrying out regular patrols and responding to alarms.
    • Carry out general Car Park Attendant duties, including but not limited to supervising the cleaners, manning the car park and carrying out general duties including, pick up and remove loose litter.
    • General upkeep of the building for example, removal of minor graffiti from walls and doors, accidental spillages etc.
    • To report any structural defects or hazards in the building or any repairs required to furniture and fittings.
    • Provide information, in a pleasant manner, to staff, and visitors to the building.
    • To operate at all times with safe working practices with due regard to Health and Safety Regulations, COSHH, Waste Disposal, etc in accordance with legislative requirements and policies and procedures of RFM.
    • Conduct Health and Safety inspections and regular checks on fire doors
    • Exercise economy and energy efficiency throughout the building, for example, by switching off unnecessary lighting.
    • To report all accidents and incidents as appropriate.
    • Maintain awareness of RFM policies, procedures and objectives.



    The successful candidate will require a DBS/Disclosure Check
