    This position is for a Mobile Cleaning Operative based around Tyne and Wear (Gtaeshead, South Tyneside, Newcastle)

    Your new role

    As Mobile Cleaning Operative, you’ll be responsible for:

    • To carry out routine and ad hoc domestic duties as required in support of the client’s tenants to ensure compliance with agreed cleaning contracts.
    • Cleaning properties for housing association contract 
    • To ensure the safe storage for all chemicals and cleaning consumables. 
    • To provide adequate supplies of domestic consumables in the appropriate areas. 
    • To ensure the safe operation and cleanliness of all equipment used by RFM. 
    • To ensure that the facilities and services operate in compliance with Health and Safety legislation and procedures. 
    • To assist in the provision of the site waste management procedures. 
    • To report all accidents and incidents as appropriate. 
    • To provide support and assistance to other RFM personnel site in the delivery of contracted services. 
    • The post holder will be required to maintain an awareness of RFM’s policies, procedures and objectives related to the successful delivery of the domestic services. 
    • To carry out any other duties assigned by the Management Team in connection with RFM’s operational requirements.

     

    The successful candidate will require a DBS/Disclosure Check
