    This role will be working for Robertson Facilities Management based in New Craigs, Inverness.

    As Hotel Service Assistant, you’ll be responsible for: 

    • Working with the Hotel Service Manager in the continuous review, amendment and development of the standard operating procedure manuals in respect of Domestic and Catering Services
    • Maitaining courteous and pleasant communication with residents, staff and visitors to the project facilities
    • Maitaining and developing meaningful, customer-focused relationships with key client contacts
    • Supporting the Hotel Services Manager to identify, developing and implementing efficiencies within service initiatives in line with the Robertson Control procedures

    • E-mail and internet skills 

    The successful candidate will require a DBS/Disclosure Check.
