This position is working for the AECC based in Aberdeen


Your new role

When it comes to your career, we deliver everything we promise to.


As Administraitor, youll be responsible for:


  • Point of contact for meeting room bookings and monitoring (both Robertson and Sub Contractors Cabin)
  • Responsible meeting rooms – making teas/coffees and co-ordinating lunches, and ensuring where possible, clearing/refreshing rooms after each meeting
  • Point of contact and responsible for looking after both photocopiers
  • To assist processing of weekly Commercial Directions
  • Responsible for updating Minutes of Meeting for the Commercial Team, monthly
  • Responsible for coordinating and printing Sub Contracts for issue
  • Initial point of contact for BREEAM MAT 03 initiative
  • Any other additional admin duties required for Project, including printing, binding, photocopying, filing etc
  • Provide reception cover as and when required


To join us, were looking for:

  • Must have previous experience of working in an office environment
  • Construction experience an advantage
  • Hold an SVQ relevant to Business Administration
  • Skilled in multitasking with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in all relevant microsoft office packages 
  • Previous experience of office administration in a busy reception environment
  • Previous experience of the construction industry would be a distinct advantage
  • IT Literate, good knowledge of Microsoft Office Internet and databases
  • Good general level of education is required (including Maths and English)
