    This position is working for Robertson Partnership Homes in Aberdeen/Aberdeenshire.

    As Assistant Site Manager, you’ll be responsible for:


    • Organising all labour on site, including Sub-Contractors
    • Quality Control
    • Making sure all plant and machines are used safely and efficiently on site
    • Setting out
    • Maintaining safety records
    • Keeping site records up to date as per Project Quality Plan
    • Maintaining filing system
    • Checking time sheets
    • Ensuring site is tidy
    • Keeping safety/scaffold/plant registers up to date
    • Carrying out all duties in accordance with Site Manager’s Procedure Manual

    To join us, we’re looking for:



    • A Construction or Civil Engineering related degree
    • Management or supervisory experience in the housing/construction industry 
    • Valid CSCS card
    • Certified in SMSTS via CITB
    • Competant in Health and Safety practice 
    • First aid knowledge 


    • A student member of the CIOB, ICE or CEng.
    • The ability to build and develop relationship with all internal and external
    • Computer literate including use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Email
    • Good verbal and written communication skills
    • Management of Budget Compilation
    • Good analytical & problem solving skills
    • Methodical approach to tasks undertaken
    • Ability to work on own initiative
