As Human Resources Manager, you’ll be responsible for:
Leading, coaching and developing the Employee Relations team to provide comprehensive and exemplary support and advice for line managers in their management of people in all areas of employee relations, including attendance management, performance, grievance, discipline, restructures and creating an engaging culture.
