    This position is working for Robertson Homes based in Inverness.


    Your new role

    As Assistant Site Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

    • Arranging and undertaking site inductions of new operatives
    • Ensuring plot work sign off sheets are kept fully up to date.
    • Assisting the project manager with information on site instructions
    • Scaffold safety checks
    • Assisting Project Manager with customer liaison at various stages of build
    • Keeping the permit to dig paper work update with the ground worker
    • Maintaining filing system.
    • Assisting with information for time sheets
    • Ensuring housekeeping is up to date in all plots
    • Undertaking and checking off snagging sheets for finishing trades in plots
    • Ensuring the process manual is maintained
    • Inspecting all scaffold plots at the end of each day  

    To join us, we’re looking for:


    • Valid CSCS card
    • Certified in SMSTS via CITB
    • Competant in Health and Safety practise 
    • First aid knowledge 
    • Computer literate including use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Email

    • Good verbal and written communication skills
    • Methodical approach to tasks undertaken
    • Ability to work on own initiative
    • Construction/house building experience
