This role will be working for Robertson Facilities Management based in Stirling.

As FM Systems Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Preparing of business process maps to tie in with existing processes;
  • Software configuration and setup
  • Production of training materials/ notes and training sessions.
  • Liaise with operational, finance, client teams and other members of the Robertson FM Support Services team

To join us, we’re looking for:

  • Experience in managing, developing or coordinating the implementation of a business system at any level, including training is essential;
  • Previous experience using works management systems, maintenance software or mobile device management is preferable;
  • Experience implementing or managing finance/ERP software is desirable, but not essential;
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft software and systems and experience of working with multiple applications for organisation processes;
  • IT-related qualification an advantage;
  • Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills;

The successful candidate will require a DBS/Disclosure Check.

The working hours for this role are 38.75 hours per week (Monday to Friday).
