This position is working for Robertson Homes, based at our Central/West Developments.

 

Your new role

As Assistant Site Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

 

  • Arranging and underaking site inductions of new operatives
  • Ensuring plot work sign off sheets are kept fully up to date
  • Assisting the Project Manager with information on site instructions
  • Undertaking daily scaffold safety checks
  • Assisting Project manager with customer liaison at various stages of build
  • Maintaining filing system
  • Assisting with information for time sheets
  • Ensuring housekeeping is up to date in all plots
  • Undertaking and checking snagging sheets for finishing trades
  • Ensuring the process manual is maintained

To join us, we’re looking for: 

  • Communication skills.
  • Health and Safety awareness.
  • Organisational skills.
  • Previous supervisory experience in the construction industry.
  • Good IT knowledge
  • First Aid training. 
  • A valid CSCS card.
