Your new role

As Site Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

 

  • Organising all labour on site, including Sub-Contractors
  • Quality Control
  • Making sure all plant and machines are used efficiently on site
  • Setting out
  • Maintaining safety records
  • Keeping site records up to date
  • Maintaining filing system
  • Checking time sheets
  • Ensuring site is tidy
  • Keeping safety/scaffold/plant register is up to date
  • Carrying out all duties in accordance with Site Agent’s Procedure Manual

To join us, we’re looking for:

 

  • Previous experience in the housing Industry and timber frame experience essential.
  • Experience in managing Architects, Engineers, Clients, Sub-contractors, Supply Chain.
  • Ability to communicate with RPH staff at all levels.
  • Health and safety awareness.
  • Programme Experience essential
