Your new role

  • Booking and maintaining all travel requirements for Robertson Group staff.
  • Working with third party service provider to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain staff details on third party travel system to ensure accuracy of bookings at all times.
  • Keep up to date records for all travel costs, working with third party to drive future benefits.
  • Provide monthly travel reports to all areas of the Group identifying all non-compliant transactions.
  • Take internal responsibility as superuser for third party system, providing training support as required.
  • Maintaining clear communications with all staff, managers and third Parties
  • Provide travel information and assist with any visa applications as required.
  • Any other administrative tasks as identified

Requirements:

  • A good level of education or relative administrative experience
  • Accurate typing skills
  • Proficient in MS Office / travel booking system with good degree of computer literacy
  • Travel booking experience within a busy office environment would be desirable
  • Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
  • Approachable and flexible nature
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Proactive personality
