As Administrator, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing travel requirements for Group and maintain relevant register
  • Maintaining up-to-date internal registers – telephone lists; contacts list; car registration; roll call lists etc.
  • Providing support to Group Exec PAs
  • Raising and keeping track of all internal work instructions
  • Issuing access key fobs and maintain up-to-date register
  • Issuing and maintaining intruder alarm access codes
  • Maintaining up-to-date roll call, first aid and emergency response team notices
  • Managing and maintain stocks for franking machine
  • Franking outgoing mail as and when required
  • Maintaining office supplies for Group Board meetings, lunches etc
  • Organising board lunches as and when required
  • Managing and maintain stationery stock for Group
  • Ensuring on site shredding bins emptied as per contract
  • Ensuring sufficient supply of mailroom stock
  • Covering Apprentice Administrator duties as and when required
  • Covering Reception as and when required
  • Various other ad-hoc duties
  • Assisting Office Manager and team as and when required


To join us, we’re looking for an administrator with experience working in an office environment and ideally hold an SVQ in Business Administration. You will be extremely organised, efficient and able to prioritise workload effectively. You will be proficient in all Microsoft Office packages and have strong verbal and written communication skills.


The working hours for this role are 38.75 hours per week
