Your new role

To assist the Office Manager / PA in the efficient management of the office and administration function ensuring adequate resources are in place:

 

 

  • Providing administration support to the Senior Management Team.
  • Managing diary, travel and accommodation requirements.
  • Assisting in managing the yearly calendar for the business with full awareness of all business meetings throughout the monthly calendar cycle.
  • Working to deadlines, updating and collating Performance Review Reports and Group Board Reports.
  • Preparing and producing monthly reports to include commercial and operational reporting to agreed standards and deadlines.
  • Attending and minuting meetings as required.
  • Responsibility for all electronic and hard copy filing and setting up filing systems for the Senior Management Team.
  • Processing and auditing requests for IT Capital Expenditure.
  • Co-ordinating expenses & mileage forms.
  • Assisting in distribution of IT hardware in line with IT provision.

  • Experienced Senior Administrator / Secretarial / PA working within a busy office environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and organisational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office inc. Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Accurate typing skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Approachable and flexible nature.
  • Pro-active personality, team player with ability to work on own initiative.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Health and Safety awareness.
  • Experience in taking minutes.
  • Discretion and ability to deal with confidential matters.
