As Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for:


  • Supervising a project from acceptance to completion.
  • Approving choice of sub-contractors with Surveyor and Construction Director.
  • Meeting the demands of production, profitability, safety, quality and to manage sub-contractors to ensure that pre-set completion targets are met. 
  • Working closely with the Company’s Project Quantity Surveyor, providing the necessary input to allow the Quantity Surveyor to report on the current and projected financial status of the project.
  • Ensuring Method Statements and Risk Assessments have been vetted for each appointed sub-contractor and ensure construction phase plan for the development is in place and is being kept updated
  • Providing leadership and support to site supervisors, management trainees and support staff, sub-contractors and suppliers.
  • In conjunction with the commercial department sourcing labour and maintaining high productivity to ensure the programme requirements are being met in full.
  • Day to day planning of operations and problem solving.
  • Checking time sheets and allocation sheets.
  • Supervising the quality of the works.
  • Ensuring all snagging and post entry snagging is completed on time.
  • Ensuring Robertson Homes environmental policy is being fully adhered to at all times. 


To join us, we’re looking for:


  • SMSTS trained in Health and Safety
  • First Aid trained.
  • Scaffold Inspection Training
  • Previous supervisory experience in construction industry (N.H.B.C awareness).
  • Ability to communicate with employees and direct labour
  • Ability to convey necessary information to sub-contractors and clients.
  • Valid CSCS card.
