    This role will be working for Robertson Facilities Management based at New Craigs Hospital, Inverness.

    As Domestic Assistant, you’ll be responsible for:

    • Carry out routine and ad hoc domestic duties as required in support of the Trust’s clinical and administrative staff to ensure compliance with performance standards. These duties include the cleaning of all patient and public areas, assisting in meal service, the cleaning of all ward based cutlery and crockery and any other duties as requested by the supervisor. 
    • Respond to all help-desk calls during working hours. 
    • Ensure the safe storage for all chemicals and domestic consumables. 
    • Provide adequate supplies of domestic consumables in the appropriate areas. 
    • Ensure the safe operation and cleanliness of all equipment used by Robertson Facilities Management

    • Previous experience working with the general public
    • Good communication skills
    • Previous experience in a similar role would be desirable
    • Flexible and adaptable approach to work
    • Polite and personable nature

    The successful candidate will require a DBS/Disclosure Check.

    The working hours for this role are 15 hours per week (Saturday-Sunday 10am - 6.30pm)


    Please note this is a Fixed Term role for 6 months.
