This role will be be working for Robertson Group and service the needs of the projects in the North East of Scotland. 

Your new role

As Community Development Coordionator you'll be reponsible for working with a range of stakeholders, including young people from all age groups, delivering opportunities for them to benefit from our projects through a variety of different initiatives. Driving delivery of community benefits through partnership working. Coordinating Targeted Employment & Training targets make a positive lasting impact on communities where we are working in.  You will be supported by the Group Social Sustainability Directory and provided with continuous support from the wider Community Development Team. 


  • Engaging with a variety of local stakeholders for projects within allocated geographic region.
  • Working with project teams and key partners to assist delivery of agreed KPI’s for each project
  • Liaising closely with each project team and assisting with the creation of project programme.
  • Engaging with supply chain for each project on training objectives.
  • Collating data from supply chain and project teams to provide monthly reports for allocated projects KPI’s
  • Establish and maintain contacts across the portfolio of the role with influential figures involved in the skills and training arena across various stakeholders and partners operation in the area. Promoting Robertson.
  • Conduct, behaviours and working practices to be in line with current organisational policy and procedures.

  • Good customer care skills.
  • Able to work to a high standard against agreed timescales with limited supervision.



  • A good level of education, a degree qualification is desirable not essential.  Must hold valid UK driving license. 


Technical Knowledge & Training: 

  • Awareness of Health & Safety issues and the need for safe methods of working.

The working hours for this position is 38.75 hours per week - however may require some flexibility as the projects demand.
