This role will be working for Robertson Homes based on site in Newcastle.

As Project Manager, youll be responsible for:

  • Working closely with the company’s Project Quantity Surveyor, providing the necessary input to allow the Quantity Surveyor to report on the current and projected financial status of the project
  • Developing the main logic of the works programme
  • Developing Method Statements and Risk Assessments together with the Safety Plan
  • Providing leadership and support to Site Supervisors, Management Trainees and support staff
  • Sourcing labour and maintaining high productivity
  • Day to day planning of operations and problem solving.
  • Preparing reports for site meeting with design team
  • Reporting any contractual risk situations
  • Supervising the quality of the works

To join us, were looking for:

  • A Construction or Engineering related degree
  • Previous managemet experience in the construction or house building sector
  • Valid CSCS card
  • Certified in SMSTS via CITB
  • Competant in Health and Safety practise
