    This role will be working for Robertson Construction Group Ltd as part of our Major Projects Team, based in Lossiemouth.

    Your new role

    • Set up the site filing system to record and maintain all project documentation
    • Prepare and maintain a suitable Contract Drawing Matrix for the control and issue of Contract Drawings
    • Collate the Project Managers internal monthly reports
    • Prepare and issue weekly Plant and material Returns
    • Control and maintain the Health & Safety File
    • Prepare all necessary documentation for incorporation into the O&M Manuals at Project Completion
    • Input data into site waste management plans on a monthly basis
    • Document Coordinator for all BIW, Conject drawings
    • Assist, when necessary, the site secretarial staff with the site correspondence, filing, etc
    • Reception Cover as required

     

    What's in it for me

    • Significant experience in a similar role, ideally within the construction industry
    • Strong interpersonal, communications and organisation skills
    • Good level of education including English, Maths and Administration
    • Able to work well under pressure, prioritise work load effectively and meet deadlines
    • Previous experience of document management/archiving systems and quality control
    • Proficient user of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Lotus Notes
    • Flexible and adaptable approach to work
    • Approachable and helpful by nature
    • Professional telephone manner and email etiquette
    • Excellent attention to detail

     

    Hours of Work:  Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm

    Location: Lossiemouth
