    This role will be working for Robertson Facilities Management working across various locations in Hull (Kingswood Academy, Winifred Holtby and Tweendykes Academy & The Marvell College).

    As Community Attendant, you’ll be responsible for:

    • Ensure customers comply with all terms & conditions, including codes of conduct
    • Liaise with the school and community groups in relation to the use of the facility
    • Deal with third party (Extended/Community users) enquiries in an efficient and courteous manner
    • Ensure a high standard of cleanliness is maintained throughout the building especially in the changing rooms, pools, sports hall and gymnasium including cubicles, showers and toilets
    • Responsible for own Health and Safety and the Health and Safety of staff and all customers

    To join us, we’re looking for: 

    • Customer service experience
    • Health and safety awareness
    • First aid at work qualification
    • Experience of work at a gymnasium/sports hall or other leisure environment
    • Security training

    Must be prepared to work unsocial hours and additional hours to cover for other staff due to holidays and sickness etc.
