    Your new role

    So, join us as Graduate Quantity Surveyor, and we’ll give you real responsibility from day one. You’ll get stuck into:

    • Preparation of bills of quantities and schedules of works for pricing.
    • Preparation and sending out of Sub-contract enquires.
    • Subcontract comparison and preparation of subcontract agreements.
    • Attending, contributing to and taking minutes of meetings as required.
    • Preparation of Valuations with Clients, agreeing amounts for payment and ensuring invoices are prepared and issued.
    • Assisting with reporting on Contract Performance via monthly cost/value reconciliations.

    But we’re not looking for just anyone. To be part of our team, you’ll need:


    • Degree qualified (2:2 minimum) or graduating in 2018 within a Built Environment related degree.
    • The ability to work on own initiative and demonstrate a methodical approach

    • Dedication and ambition to develop within the role
