This role will be working for Robertson Facilities Management based at Stirling. 

Your new role

  • Take the lead role in planning individual jobs of 2 new prestigious contracts taken on by Robertson Facilities Management.
  • Work with other stakeholders being the contract manager of each contract the teams of mobile engineers employed by Robertson and the Robertson Helpdesk.
  • Become familiar with the clients’ systems to ensure jobs are progressed, updated, closed and finally invoiced.
  • Ensure client invoicing is timely and complete.
  • Organise Robertson engineers to attend jobs in an effective manner, taking into consideration skillset, location and availability.
  • Contact specialist sub-contractors when a job requires a specialist not covered by our Robertson skillset.
  • Be able to take the sub-contractor through the relevant processes to enable us to progress the job through the clients’ system.
  • Be able to answer questions from the client regarding individual job status.

Hours of Work:  The working hours for this role are 38.75 hours per week


Please note this is a Fixed Term role for 12 months.
