This role will be working for Robertson Partnership Homes based in Newbridge, Edinburgh.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and distribute all incoming mail. Prepare and post all outgoing mail on daily basis
  • Reception duties - making sure the phones are being answered in an excellent manner
  • File correspondence and set up new files accordingly
  • Assistance with any office related files e.g. Health and Safety, Fire safety.
  • Liaising with external suppliers and clients
  • Monitor and order office supplies and stationery
  • Filing / photocopying as required
  • Assist with meetings set up and arranging refreshments
  • Represent the company in the best possible way, be courteous and professional working to the highest ethical standards at all times.

Ad hoc duties assigned by your line manager in connection with operational requirements ensuring works are completed within required time frames.

Qualifications

 

In order to be eligible for the Modem Apprenticeship Programme, applicants must be aged between 16 to 19 years old.

  • Good level of education achieved to Standard Grade level including Maths and English
  • Previous administration experience would be a distinct advantage
  • Good IT skills
  • Commitment to the training agreement
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Punctual and reliable
  • Helpful and approachable by nature
  • Positive approach to work
  • The ability to work well as part of a team
