Your new role

So, join us as Graduate Civil Engineer, and we’ll give you real responsibility from day one. You’ll get stuck into:


  • Checking setting out of works including earthworks, foundations, structural steel and block work

  • Ensuring all plant and machines are used efficiently on site

  • Enforcing and fully understand the organisations safety procedures

  • Keeping site records up to date and maintain filing system

  • Keeping safety/scaffold/plant register up to date


But we’re not looking for just anyone. To be part of our team, you’ll need:


  • To be degree qualified (2:2 minimum) or graduating in 2018 within a Civil Engineering related degree.
  • The ability to work on own initiative and demonstrate a methodical approach
  • to be dedication and ambition to develop within the role
