This role will be working for Robertson Facilities Management working across various locations in Hull.

As Community Attendant, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Ensure customers comply with all terms & conditions, including codes of conduct
  • Liaise with the school and community groups in relation to the use of the facility
  • Ensure a high standard of cleanliness is maintained throughout the building especially in the changing rooms, pools, sports hall and gymnasium including cubicles, showers and toilets
  • Liaise with the caretaker about the use of the facility and any equipment
  • Own Health and Safety and the Health and Safety of staff and all customers
  • Maintain a vigilant attitude to security both in and around the buildings at all times
  • Ensure all operations are carried out as detailed within operating procedures and appropriate Health and Safety regulations
  • At all times to represent the company in the best possible way, be courteous and professional working to the highest ethical standards
  • Ad hoc duties assigned by your line manager in connection with operational requirements ensuring works are completed within required time frames

Must be prepared to work unsocial hours and additional hours to cover for other staff due to holidays and sickness etc.
