This role will be working for Robertson Partnership Homes based in Glasgow.

Your new role

To organise the day to day running of the site and to supervise all trades to ensure a high quality of workmanship.


Managing employees on site, keeping paperwork up to date including – time sheets, allocation sheets, dayworks, etc.


Following all safety procedures in conjunction with the Quality Assurance Plan.  


DUTIES - The fundamental tasks of the job are:-


  • Organise all labour on site, including Sub-Contractors
  • Quality Control
  • Make sure all plant and machines are used safely and efficiently on site
  • Setting out
  • Maintaining safety records
  • Keeping site records up to date as per Project Quality Plan
  • Maintain filing system
  • Checking time sheets
  • Ensure site is tidy
  • Keeping safety/scaffold/plant registers is up to date
  • Carry out all duties in accordance with Site Manager’s Procedure Manual

What's in it for me



  • Previous experience in the Housing Industry and timber frame experience essential. 
  • Experience in managing Architects, Engineers, Clients, Sub-contractors, Supply Chain
  • Ability to communicate with RPH staff at all levels.
  • Health and safety awareness.
  • Programme Experience essential

The working hours for this role are 38.75 hours per week
