This role will be working for Robertson Facilities Management based at Perth. 

Your new role

  • To ensure that the Facilities are maintained to the levels specified in the Contract between the Client and Robertson FM
  • To undertake planned, responsive and cyclical maintenance work as allocated by the Contract Support
  • To undertake maintenance duties in such a manner as to support the objectives of the client and with respect for the dignity and privacy of the tenant groups based within the Centre
  • To ensure the safe operation of all plant, equipment and tools
  • To operate at all times with safe working practices with due regard to Health and Safety Regulations, COSHH, Control of Infection, Waste Disposal etc in accordance with legislative requirements and policies and procedures of RFM
  • To maintain asset histories, maintenance records and help-desk reports, informing the Maintenance Supervisor of any follow up action that may be required
  • To report all accidents and incidents as appropriate
  • To provide support and assistance to other RFM personnel on site in the delivery of contracted services
  • The post holder will be required to maintain an awareness of RFM's policies, procedures and objectives related to the successful delivery of the maintenance service
  • To carry out any other duties assigned by the Management Team in connection with RFM’s operational requirements

What's in it for me

The working hours for this role are 40 hours per week
