This role will be working for Robertson Partnership Homes based in our Aberdeen Office.

Your new role

To organise and be responsible for the successful delivery of all nominated construction projects to the time, quality, cost & revenue targets contained within the business plan.  On a day to day basis, you will work closely with the individual site teams & the client’s representative & to ensure control of H&S on all nominated projects.


The job holder is expected to make contribution towards new project generation by assessing project tender appraisals

Provide assistance to the Operations team as required and where applicable.




  • Ensuring strict adherence to all Robertson Safety procedures and ensure teams’ fully implement the latest revision of Construction Phase Health and Safety Plan and RAMS.
  • Ensure the teams are aware of and adhere to project programme and highlight any issues to senior management where critical path or contract completion is jeopardised.
  • Co-ordinate and arrange resources including staff, labour and sub-contractors’ works in such a manner as to safeguard the profitability of the project.
  • Ensure the teams construct in accordance with the project specifications and drawings achieving the desired quality.
  • Effectively manage and co-ordinate all site staff and labour
  • Liaise with the statutory authorities, local community and other agencies affected by the project as required.
  • To manage and ensure adequate & effective information flow & correspondence between all stakeholders
  • Attend as required, Weekly Site Safety Meetings, Co-ordination Meetings, Internal Staff Meetings and Subcontractor Progress Meetings and any other such meetings as necessary to ensure the projects operate efficiently.
  • Ensure proper contract administration is in place both contractually and commercially.
  • Authorisation of relevant documentation associated with the projects. 
  • To monitor site performance to ensure all works are executed to specification, cost, time & quality requirements and assume responsibility for the accurate compilation of monthly reports (external & internal)
  • Regularly & effectively monitor & manage performance issues within your project teams including identifying T&D needs and evaluating any training actions.


What's in it for me

  • A minimum of a Bsc in Construction & Project Management or Civil Engineering.
  • Preferably a member of the CIOB or equivalent charteredship institution.

The working hours for this role are 38.75 hours per week
