This role will be working for Robertson Partnership Homes based in North Lanarkshire.
To organise the day to day running of the site and to supervise all labour and sub-contractors to ensure a high standard of workmanship and minimum waste.
Manage client expectations and public perceptions in a professional manner.
Manage all employees on site and facilitate the works to enable progress in accordance with the agreed site programme.
Keep diligent records as described in the site quality plan.
Implement and manage all safety procedures in conjunction with Robertson Health and Safety system (HS1)
The post holder has the authority and discretion to carry out all duties and necessary decisions regarding maintaining progress and high safety standards.
The working hours for this role are 38.75 hours per week
