Role: Skilled / Semi-Skilled Operative (Timber Kit Manufacturer)

Location: Elgin

Your new role

 

To assist in the manufacture timber frame panels, floor cassettes and roof cassettes to a consistently high standard.

 

Your role:

  • To assist team to carry out works in accordance with the appropriate construction industry building standards.
  • Maintain good housekeeping within your work area. · Report any job-related problems/issues to the Production Manager / Working Factory Foreman. 
  • Report any accidents/near misses immediately to the Production Manager / Working Factory Foreman. 
  • Co-operate with colleagues, Supervisors and Management.
  • Identify any relevant training needs to the Production Manager.
  • Ensure awareness of, and compliance with, the Quality and Health & Safety policies and procedures, with any doubts being raised with the Production Manager.
  • Carry out any other task that it is reasonable for your Direct Line Manager to ask you to perform which is within your capability.
  • Carry out any other adhoc duties requested by Production Manager.
